Chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients

 6 chicken legs

 15 mushrooms

2tbspButter

 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1tbs coriander

1tbs oregano

1tbs Italian spice

1tbls dried mustard powder

Instructions

1.       Slice mushrooms and place in a large frying pan with butter.

2.       fry on medium/high heat till cooked.

3.       Add chicken, spices, and broth.

4.       Place pan lid on the pan with a small crack for the broth to evaporate.

5.       Cook for approximately 1hr or until chicken cooked and broth evaporated.

6.       Remove from heat and serve.
